Build the mobile experience used by millions of fans worldwide - shaping how they discover, buy, and experience live events.

Job description

At TicketSwap, we’re on a mission to be the experience marketplace every fan loves. By bringing fans and experiences together on our marketplace, we enable fans to go to more events they love and support organisers in building lasting success. With over 20 million fans across 42 countries, we bring fans and experiences together making live events safer, fairer, and more accessible.

As an iOS Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of fans interact with our platform every day. From building new features to improving performance and usability, your work will directly impact the live event experience worldwide.

Ready to help us build the best possible mobile experience for fans everywhere?

What You’ll Do

You’ll join a cross-functional product team where engineers, product managers, and designers work closely together to solve real problems for fans. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, contribute ideas, and see your work go live quickly.

Your impact:

  • Build and improve features across our iOS app used by millions of fans

  • Collaborate closely with backend, web, and mobile engineers in a cross-functional squad

  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle - from idea to release and iteration

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve the codebase

  • Balance speed and quality to deliver value without over-engineering

  • Work with data and experimentation (A/B testing) to improve user experience

  • Partner with product and design to shape intuitive and high-quality user journeys

  • Share knowledge with fellow iOS and Android developers during guild/circle sessions

  • Stay up to date with new technologies and bring ideas that improve how we work

  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Tech Stack

Our tech stack is Swift and SwiftUI on a modular Swift Package architecture, using MVVM with @Observable and protocol witnesses for dependency injection. We're actively moving towards Swift 6 and strict concurrency, with async/await replacing our remaining reactive code. We use GraphQL with Apollo, Swift Testing, and ship through GitHub and Xcode Cloud, with Sentry, Rudderstack and Amplitude for monitoring, analytics and experimentation. AI-assisted development is part of how we work day to day, and we continuously evolve our stack to stay up to date and effective.

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building great products and takes pride in their craft.

  • You’re comfortable working in cross-functional teams (Agile/Scrum)

  • You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with non-engineers

  • You’re curious and open to learning - both technically and on the product side

  • You take ownership and like seeing your work make a real impact

  • Experience with A/B testing, UIKit, or analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus

  • Interest in growth, product metrics, or business impact is a bonus

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about the product, each other, and the fans we serve. We move fast, give ownership, and trust people to do their best work.
