How we hire

Applying for a job takes time and energy. We get that. That’s why we aim to be clear, timely, and honest throughout the process, choosing courage over comfort and always keeping the human side front and centre.

That means we invite you to share feedback about our hiring process. We’re always learning, and we believe we improve by listening.

Your application

It all starts with your application. We love it when people stand out and show us who they really are, so feel free to be yourself. Authenticity goes a long way here. We always aim to get back to you within a week.

Recruiter intro call

A first chat about your motivation, experience, expectations, and practical details. There’s plenty of space for your questions too. The duration of the call will be around 30-45 minutes.

First interview

A deeper conversation with the hiring manager and a team member. We’ll talk about your experience and how you collaborate, because the best work at TicketSwap happens when we move as one. The interview usually takes about 60 minutes.

Assessment

A practical assignment or case, tailored to the role. We’re not looking for perfection, but for insight into how you think, approach challenges, and create what’s next.

Second interview

A 60-minute conversation focused on your assessment, your thinking, the choices you made, and the trade-offs you considered.

References check

We’ll speak with one or two former managers/ stakeholders to better understand your experience and working style.

Offer

If it feels right on both sides, we’ll make you an offer. Your recruiter will guide you through the details and help you move smoothly from yes to welcome aboard.
