Shape how TicketSwap grows. Partner with teams across the business to turn financial complexity into clear insights, guide decisions with data, and help a global marketplace scale smarter and faster.

Job description

TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favourite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. With over 18 million users across 42 countries, we’re building the experience marketplace every fan loves. As we scale across markets and business models, our financial complexity grows with us.

To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Business Controller to strengthen our Finance team and act as a trusted financial partner to the business. This role sits at the heart of decision-making: turning complexity into clarity, and insight into action.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how TicketSwap plans, forecasts, and steers its performance. This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven FP&A role with significant ownership and visibility across the business.

You will:

  • Act as a finance business partner to multiple business functions, supporting commercial and operational decision-making.

  • Own revenue forecasting, including scenario planning across evolving and increasingly complex business models.

  • Lead budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, working closely with stakeholders to review performance, challenge assumptions, and align expectations.

  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support new initiatives, commercial opportunities, and investment decisions, including assessing returns and risks.

  • Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic, commercial, and product-related decisions.

  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and fit for decision-making.

  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting, with a focus on scalability, automation, and efficiency.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior team members, helping develop both technical capability and commercial understanding.
