Today, more than 19 million fans across 42 countries use TicketSwap to safely buy and sell tickets. We partner with thousands of organisers, venues, sports clubs, and ticketing companies to make live events more accessible, fair, and secure.
To accelerate our growth in the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive and expand our strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll own relationships with leading organizers in the Dutch live events industry and help them maximise the value of our platform.

What You’ll Do
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of key partners across the Dutch live events ecosystem. Your focus is simple: help partners succeed while expanding our impact in the market.
You will:
Own and nurture relationships with a portfolio of event organisers, venues, sports clubs, and ticketing companies in the Netherlands
Manage the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to growth, optimisation, and renewal
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase engagement, retention, and revenue
Lead contract renewals and strategic negotiations with existing partners
Help partners implement and adopt TicketSwap products and services
Use data and insights to improve partner performance and uncover growth opportunities
Act as the partner’s voice internally, working closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Platform Operations
Share market insights and trends from the Dutch live events industry
Represent TicketSwap at high profile events, conferences, and partner meetings across the Netherlands
Contribute to the continued growth of the Partnerships team by sharing insights and best practices and strategic guidance
Job requirements
About You
You’re a commercially driven relationship builder who thrives on creating value for partners and delivering tangible business results. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and know how to turn partnerships into long-term growth opportunities.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Bring 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Sales, ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment
Have a strong understanding from the Dutch live events ecosystem (experience in ticketing or events is a strong plus)
Have strong commercial instincts and confidence with negotiating, structuring, and renewing partnerships that drive mutual growth
Build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders at different levels
Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and strengthen partnerships
Take ownership of your portfolio and proactively identify growth opportunities, both within existing partnerships and by developing new ones independently
Are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Practical Details
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid work setup)
Travel: Regular travel within the Netherlands for partner meetings and events
Working hours: Mostly standard office hours, with occasional evenings or weekends during events
Eligibility: You must be based in the Netherlands and have the right to work here. Relocation is not provided.
