As Product Manager for Seller Experience, you'll help TicketSwap stay ahead of these changes. You'll define how fans successfully sell tickets on TicketSwap today, while building the foundations that allow us to support the resale technologies of tomorrow.

What You'll Do
As Product Manager for Seller Experience, you'll be responsible for helping fans successfully sell tickets on TicketSwap, regardless of ticket type, fulfilment method, or market.
You'll work with a cross-functional product team and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Partnerships, CX, and Legal. Together, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex marketplace challenges, and create experiences that unlock supply while maintaining the trust TicketSwap is known for.
Your responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy for Seller Experience
Shape the roadmap for your domain
Increase the number of fans who successfully list and sell tickets on TicketSwap
Identify opportunities to unlock supply in new and existing markets
Shape how TicketSwap supports emerging ticket fulfilment technologies
Reduce friction throughout the seller journey, from listing to successful payout
Work closely with Product, Design and Research to understand seller needs and behaviours
Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions
Balance growth opportunities with trust, safety, and operational scalability
Collaborate with business teams to understand industry changes and emerging resale models
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CX, Legal and Commercial teams
Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives
Translate complex industry developments into clear product opportunities
Help TicketSwap create what's next in ticket resale
Job requirements
About You
You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-led organisation
You’ve got experience leading a product area end-to-end, from Discovery through Delivery while partnering closely with UX and Engineering across web, mobile, and backend teams.
You enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and turning them into clear plans
You have experience balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
You have a strong product sense and know how to simplify complex experiences
You're data-informed and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions
You’re confident using AI tools in Product Discovery
You communicate clearly and bring stakeholders together around a shared direction
You have a bias for action and enjoy turning ideas into tangible outcomes
Experience with marketplaces, platforms, or growth products is a plus
Experience working on 0→1 products or complex ecosystem challenges is a plus

Practical Details
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid setup)
Team: Product (cross-functional squad with backend, frontend, iOS, Android, Design, and shared UX resources)
Level: Mid-level Product Manager, salary around €78K annually
