Make it effortless for partners to connect with TicketSwap and unlock more events, better inventory, and new primary sales pathways for millions of fans.
Job description
At TicketSwap, we're on a mission to be the experience marketplace every fan loves. Supply is at the core of that, and increasingly, the most strategic supply comes through partners: ticketing companies and event organisers who connect directly to our platform. With 18+ million fans across 42 countries, the integrations powering that supply need to be fast to set up, reliable in production, and scalable as we grow. That's where you come in.
As PM - Integration Platform, you'll lead how partnered supply flows into TicketSwap - the APIs, data sync, developer experience, and partner tooling that make TicketSwap the easiest and most valuable distribution channel in live events.
A core part of that ambition is primary ticket sales. You'll build the product infrastructure for partners to distribute primary inventory through TicketSwap as a direct sales channel - real-time availability sync, inventory management, and a seamless purchase flow for fans. This fundamentally transforms our supply model and is one of the most exciting parts of the role.
You're not signing deals; you're building the product infrastructure that makes those deals worth having. You'll work cross-functionally across backend engineering, design, data, operations, and partnerships.
What you'll do
Lead the partnered supply domain end-to-end - all the ways ticketing companies and event organisers connect their inventory to TicketSwap through SecureSwap, Sealed, and integration models we haven't built yet.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the product roadmap for all B2B partner integrations, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and time-to-integrate
Define and build the product capabilities that enable primary ticket sales through integrated partners
Shape the external-facing developer experience: API documentation, developer portal, sandbox environments, and partner onboarding flows
Work closely with backend engineers on API design, data flow architecture, and system behaviour
Translate partner needs - surfaced through research, BD conversations, and data - into clear, prioritised product requirements
Define KPIs across integration health, partner success, and supply quality; use them to drive decisions
Ensure supply from partner integrations is well-structured and effectively surfaced to fans across web and mobile
Job requirements
About you
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams
Meaningful experience with API-driven products, integrations, or platform ecosystems
Comfortable leading the full developer experience — from documentation and sandboxes to self-serve onboarding — because you know a well-designed integration is itself a product
Able to hold your own in technical discussions about APIs, data flows, and system behaviour — you don't write the code, but you understand the constraints
Skilled at translating ambiguous partner and commercial needs into clear, scoped product problems
Experienced managing external B2B stakeholders across organisational boundaries
You drive discovery: you run research, form hypotheses, and validate before building
Structured and data-informed in how you prioritise
A clear communicator who adapts across engineers, designers, and commercial stakeholders
Genuinely curious about AI — how it can improve your work, our integrations platform, and the product possibilities it creates
