Turn insight into impact through connected digital campaigns that help millions of fans find more events they love.

Job description

At TicketSwap, our mission is simple: by bringing fans and experiences together on our marketplace, we enable fans to go to more events they love and support organisers in building lasting success.

With millions of fans using TicketSwap across the globe, we're scaling fast — and digital marketing plays a key role in how we grow responsibly.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who enjoys driving real, measurable impact. You'll bring energy, a holistic approach to digital marketing, curiosity and attention to detail, while growing from strong execution into greater ownership over time.

What You'll Do

You'll help deliver and improve digital marketing campaigns across CRM, paid media, SEO, and affiliate channels. From campaign setup and quality assurance to reporting and optimisation, you'll turn plans into reliable execution and performance insights into practical next steps.

You'll work closely with Brand, Data, Product and Partnerships to make sure campaigns are cohesive, timely, measurable, and aligned with our business priorities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across CRM, paid media, SEO, and affiliate channels

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, audiences, assets, tracking, quality assurance, and go-live requirements

  • Build and improve email and push campaigns, audience segments, and lifecycle flows

  • Support paid search and social campaigns, monitor performance, and implement optimisation actions

  • Support keyword research, content optimisation, and on-page SEO updates, and monitor traffic and ranking trends

  • Support affiliate and partner initiatives, including onboarding, campaign coordination, reporting, and performance tracking

  • Track core metrics and use dashboards to identify performance issues, opportunities, and clear next actions

  • Run A/B tests, document results, and turn learnings into improvements for future campaigns

  • Share updates and insights with stakeholders, and improve playbooks, templates, workflows, and automation
