Design the experiences that help millions of fans discover events, buy tickets safely, and never miss the moments they love.
Job description
TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favourite marketplace for safely buying and selling tickets. With over 18 million fans across 42 countries, we connect fans to the events they love and help organisers build lasting success.
Design plays a key role in that mission. Every interaction - from discovering an event to completing a purchase - should feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy.
That’s why we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Product team. You’ll work on meaningful challenges that affect millions of fans worldwide, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to shape experiences from idea to launch.
Are you ready to help design the future of how fans experience live events? Keep reading. 👇
What You’ll Do
As a Product Designer at TicketSwap, you’ll be part of a cross-functional product team together with product manager, engineers, UX writer and researcher. You’ll take ownership of design challenges within your product domain (Buyer Experience) and help shape solutions that are both intuitive for fans and scalable for our platform.
Your work will directly influence how millions of people discover events, buy tickets, and safely sell the ones they can’t use.
Your responsibilities include:
Own the end-to-end design process for product initiatives, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
Work closely with Product Managers, UX writers, our UX Researcher, Engineers and Data to translate user needs and product goals into thoughtful design solutions.
Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for both web and native apps experiences.
Prototype and validate ideas quickly to explore solutions and gather feedback early.
Conduct and participate in user research and usability testing to understand fan behaviour and validate design decisions.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.
Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with other designers to share feedback, refine ideas, and raise the bar for design quality.
Participate in Discovery Days, Design Circle time and other team initiatives where we explore new ideas and improve how we work.
