Keep TicketSwap running smoothly behind the scenes: administer non-partnered events, prevent fraud, and help millions of fans buy and sell tickets safely and with confidence.

Job description

TicketSwap has grown enormously over the past fourteen years. With more than 18 million registered users across 42 countries, we connect fans to the events they love and help organisers build lasting success.

Our Platform Operations team plays a crucial role in making that happen. They make sure events on our platform are accurate, trustworthy, and fraud-free, so fans can buy and sell tickets with confidence. In this role, you’ll focus on non-partnered events, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that our users always have a great experience. Ready to jump in? 👇

What you’ll do

  • Configure and manage non-partnered events from start to finish, making sure all event details are correct (titles, dates, locations, categories, pricing, images).

  • Monitor events throughout their lifecycle and act quickly when changes or cancellations occur, ensuring users are informed clearly and on time.

  • Support our Customer Experience team by helping resolve ticket-related issues and edge cases for fans.

  • Ensure users can only upload valid tickets to the correct events and categories.

  • Assist with aftersales issues when tickets don’t work or problems arise at the event itself.

  • Identify suspicious activity and help safeguard the platform against fraud.

  • Continuously improve operational processes by spotting patterns, flagging issues, and challenging how things are done today.
