What you can expect from the work

  • You will be part of our growing Product Development team, which consists of product managers, designers, mobile developers, back-end developers and front-end developers.

  • We deploy continuously and do peer reviews before pushing to main.

  • Curiosity and taking initiative are really important. The product team is very autonomous and has a lot of freedom. Your contribution will have a huge impact. Your newly shipped feature will be used by thousands of our users immediately.

  • You will be working with cutting-edge technology and within a company that stays updated to the latest versions.

  • Technologies we use: Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Jest, Playwright, CSS modules, Contentful, Storybook and GIT.

  • You will be working on projects for your team and the front-end circle. For example, building a brand new blog for marketing, improving the sellers' experience and migrating the codebase to Turborepo.

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience in building web apps with React or Next.js.

  • You have some experience in coaching other developers.

  • You love creating cool stuff and have a sharp eye for detail. A great user experience is foundational at TicketSwap.

  • You are pragmatic and can find the right balance between shipping and knowing when to take time for a refactor.

  • You know the latest standards in regards to semantic and accessible (a11y) HTML.

  • You focus on the details, as well as performance and testing.

  • You’re passionate about helping to grow and improve TicketSwap.

  • You are based in the Netherlands, are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided.
