To continue on our mission, we’re looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to join the team. What you can expect from the work

Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ, you will:

  • Plan, execute, manage and analyse global, Web+App communication plans across email, push, in-app, etc;

  • Audit, clean, identify opportunities and scale our global personalised communications and CRM tech stack;

  • Build and document high-efficiency processes to maximise output;

  • Collaborate with other teams across marketing, design, product, commercial, and the wider business to execute coordinated strategic campaigns and marketing automation flows for different markets, verticals and partners;

  • Keep in close touch and communicate clearly with the Head of Performance Marketing about your plans, the status of projects, and the challenges you face;

  • Execute on the vision for how far we can go with CRM and refine the roadmap;

  • Map out the CRM master plan with all required journeys and messages.

About you

  • 5+ years experience in CRM marketing;

  • You’ve run a CRM system end-to-end in the past – from strategy & ideation, through implementation, measurement and optimisation;

  • Are based in The Netherlands and you are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided;

  • You understand the importance of and how to develop and implement an efficient and effective localisation strategy;

  • Deep knowledge of CRM customer lifecycle & Marketing Automation;

  • Have a detailed working-level experience with a CRM platform (Braze is a plus);

  • Thorough experience with marketing and product analytics tools such as GA4 and Amplitude;

  • Experience with global Web & App campaigns, including implementing tracking and reporting methodology, and understand how different attribution models work;

  • Have some SQL + Business Intelligence (Looker, Tableau etc.) skills;

  • Expert knowledge of A/B testing;

  • Experience working at a marketplace is a plus;

  • HTML & CSS proficiency is a plus.
