Senior Business Developer Iberia
What you can expect from the work
As Senior Business Developer for Iberia, you'll be based in Spain and will:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Spain and Portugal. 
- Collaborate closely with the Iberia Partnerships Manager to onboard new partners and ensure a smooth transition into long-term account management. 
- Act as the primary contact for partners, aligning TicketSwap’s solutions with their goals and delivering value through operational support and strategic guidance. 
- Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation and deal closure — driving measurable revenue growth in one of our highest-potential regions. 
- Build and nurture a strong network of event organizers, venues, and ticketing companies to unlock new partnership opportunities and strengthen market presence. 
- Stay on top of market trends, gather insights from the field, and identify opportunities to innovate and shape offerings that benefit both fans and partners. 
- Represent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and partner activations to enhance visibility and foster strategic relationships. 
- Travel regularly within Spain and Portugal, and occasionally internationally, to meet partners and attend key industry events. 
About you
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Native-level Spanish (Castellano) and fluent English communication skills. Portuguese and co-official languages (Catalan, Basque, etc.) are a plus. 
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in New Business Development, Partnerships, or Brand/Marketing Partnerships, preferably within the tech, ticketing, or live entertainment industries. 
- A commercial mindset with experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and managing accounts. 
- Proven success in complex consultative sales, with a proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. 
- Strong communication skills, with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset. 
- A data-driven results-oriented approach to work. 
- High levels of autonomy and ownership, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- A flexible, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. 
- Willingness and excitement to travel within Iberia frequently and internationally each quarter.
