Senior Account Manager Netherlands
Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ, you will:
Have a positive influence on the experience of millions of fans;
Be in contact with leaders from the event industry, supporting them to achieve their objectives;
Manage the overall relationships with a portfolio of (key)partners, which includes:
Managing the lifecycle of a partner from onboarding phase to performance and renewal stage;
Implementing (new) product- and service solutions;
Increasing partner engagement and retention within your portfolio;
Improving partner satisfaction.
Serve as day-to-day operational and commercial contact for your accounts, providing the services adapted to their needs, building trust and identifying opportunities for growth;
Manage commercial negotiations during renewal conversations with existing partners;
Be the eyes and ears of TicketSwap in The Netherlands in order to identify opportunities, threats and market trends, while focusing on growth within your partner portfolio;
Act as the feedback loop between the partner and the different internal teams (Product, Marketing, Platform Operations etc.) to solve issues and improving our solutions;
Travel within The Netherlands is required to build relationships at events and conferences to contribute to the bigger goal: maintaining Partnerships;
Closely collaborate with other Partnerships Managers in an international team of motivated and ambitious professionals;
Work standard office hours, but keep in mind this isn’t strictly a 9-to-5 role, as challenges may occasionally arise outside of work hours or on weekends.
Exceptional proficiency in Dutch (native) and English, both written and verbal. Any additional languages are a plus;
You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales and/or Partnerships, preferably in the ticketing or live events industry;
You’re an ambitious, energetic and positive person;
You’ve got a commercial mindset, and have solid skills in negotiating, upselling and renewing contracts;
You are data driven and result-oriented;
You're described as a strong communicator (verbal and written), have the ability to build and nurture strong relationships and you know how to handle tough situations;
You're proactive, especially in understanding the exact needs of a partner and responding to them, as well as in identifying and solving problems;
You embrace change and excel in a company and market that are continuously evolving;
Understanding/ experience of the live event and or ticketing industry in the Netherlands;
You can work autonomously and are well organized with a continuous focus on the details.
