What you can expect from the work

  • You’ll be part of our Product team of 15 people, which consists of product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend developers and frontend developers. The team is mostly working from Amsterdam and some are working remotely.
  • Quality is a responsibility of the whole product team. You are the one that supports the team by improving and automating the QA process (both iOS, Android and frontend).
  • You’ll help engineers to write better tests.
  • You’ll help product managers to write better user stories and to determine acceptance criteria.
  • You’ll create and execute tests plans.
  • You’ll streamline the bug reporting process together with the support team.

About you:

  • You have lots of experience in quality assurance within a start-up environment.
  • QA experience with a multi-platform product (web, iOS, Android).
  • You have a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Obsessed about automation.
  • Programming experience.
  • You are a self-starter.
  • You’re passionate about helping to grow and improve TicketSwap.
  • We prefer people in the same timezone (Europe / Amsterdam) when working remotely.
