Product Manager Buyer Experience
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager for the buyer journey, you’ll own the product experience that helps buyers move from interest to action, with a primary focus on activating newly registered users to drive product activation and repeat purchases.
You’ll work on everything up to checkout, collaborating closely with the Payments team once buyers enter the checkout flow. You’ll be part of a dedicated buyer journey product team with a strong emphasis on experimentation and product-led growth, and direct ownership of one of TicketSwap’s company-level OKRs.
Your work will directly impact buyer confidence, conversion, and how often fans come back to TicketSwap.
Your key responsibilities:
Drive the cross-functional roadmap and OKR process for the Buy Flow Experience, with Buyer Activation as a core strategic focus.
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, across the buyer journey up to checkout.
Continuously improve the buying experience to help buyers better understand events, build trust, and feel confident in their purchase decision.
Identify which information, signals, and content truly help buyers decide, and validate this through experiments and data.
Use data and qualitative insights to uncover friction, drop-offs, and opportunities for improving activation and repeat buying.
Lead an experiment-heavy approach: define hypotheses, run tests, learn fast, and scale what works.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing to help bring product improvements to market, align on messaging, and support launches and campaigns.
Collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and your Engineering Manager to align on priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
Define success metrics and track performance across activation, conversion, and repeat purchase behaviour.
Balance growth goals with fan trust, clarity, and a great user experience.
Communicate progress, insights, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and the wider company.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in cross-functional teams (Agile/Scrum), ideally in e-commerce or marketplaces.
Proven experience improving decision-making moments in user journeys, such as content-rich pages, conversion flows, or activation experiences.
Strong product discovery & experimentation skills, you’re comfortable forming hypotheses, running tests, and learning from outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; you can align product, marketing, and technical perspectives.
A data-informed mindset with a structured approach to prioritization and problem-solving.
A proactive, curious attitude and a drive to continuously improve how fans experience the product.
Comfortable making trade-offs, you know you can’t make everyone happy.
A strong bias for action: you turn insights into tangible impact.
Experience working across web and mobile products.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Join a passionate, ambitious, international team.
Work on highly visible product surfaces used by millions of fans.
Be part of a product culture that values ownership, experimentation, and learning.
Collaborate in a supportive, flexible environment where good ideas win.
Help shape how fans decide which live events to attend.

Excited and ready to join our team?
TicketSwap is looking for the best and motivated talent out there no matter your nationality, gender, sexual preference or religious beliefs. 🚀
Research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all the boxes. That’s a shame, as we want to build a diverse and inclusive team. If you know you’ve got what it takes but don’t quite meet every requirement for the role, we still encourage you to apply.
Apply now – we'll take a look and get back to you as soon as possible! 💥
Proactive acquisition from 3rd parties is not appreciated.
