Also, you will collaborate closely with leadership and managers across various departments. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our people strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous development, and ensuring the well-being of our employees. You will blend strategic insight with hands-on HR expertise to drive success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You bring energy, ownership, and a sharp eye for improvement, ready to make a real impact from day one!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner: You will be a trusted advisor to management. Aligning the People & Culture strategy with business goals and offering guidance on organizational design, talent management and development.

  • Talent Development & Growth Partner with managers to structure, grow, and retain high-performing teams. You will implement strategies that boost engagement, support growth, and drive individual and team performance.

  • Culture & Employee Experience: Be a Culture champion. You will lead initiatives that support a dynamic, inclusive, and values-driven environment.

  • Operational Excellence in HR: Optimize our HR processes end-to-end, from onboarding to performance management and payroll. Aiming for efficient, scalable, people-first operations.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Coordinate compensation, benefits, and performance management processes. Ensuring we stay fair, and aligned with our values while attracting and retaining top talent.

  • HR Project Ownership: Drive people-related projects in key areas like development, DEI, performance management, strategic workforce planning, and total compensation.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with Dutch labor laws and proactively manage risk in our employment practices, policies, and processes.

  • Data-Driven People Strategy:  Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and track impact. You’ll turn data into insights that drive smarter HR strategies and stronger business outcomes.

About you

  • Experience: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and you bring 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within high-growth tech or scale-up environments.

  • Culture & Engagement Champion: You care deeply about building inclusive, engaging cultures. You have led initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You bring fresh ideas for how to evolve ways of working, as the company grows.

  • Proactive & Project-Savvy: You do not wait for change, you lead it. You are comfortable juggling multiple People & Culture related initiatives, driving them forward with structure, focus, and a hands-on mindset.

  • Strong Stakeholder Partner: You are a trusted advisor to leaders and teams alike, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You know how to influence, support, and challenge thoughtfully, at every level of the business.

  • Deep HR Knowledge: From Dutch labor law to ESOPs and performance management, your HR toolkit is strong. You know how to connect the People & Culture strategy with business outcomes in a way that scales with the company.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You're analytical and metrics-minded. Whether it’s building dashboards, tracking OKR’s, KPIs, or pulling insights from HR data, you use evidence to guide smart, strategic decisions.

  • Location: You are based in The Netherlands, are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided.
