To continue on our mission, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager Poland to join our Partnerships team. You will contribute by forging long-term relationships with Polish ticketing companies, event organizers and venues in support of our expansion throughout Europe and beyond.

What you can expect from the work

Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ (preferred), or remotely from Poland, you will:

  • Do business that puts fans first, while serving the partner’s needs;

  • Own and create the sales strategy, together with our Director of Partnerships & Region Lead CEE, for conquering the Polish market;

  • Identify prospects and reach out to them;

  • Drive TicketSwap’s New Business & Account Management for the Polish market and create an impact by taking the relationship with our existing partners to the next level;

  • The role is a combination of sales, and relationship management. As the role matures, you should spend your time on both building new relationships and managing your existing partnerships;

  • Spot and identify market trends and translate them into partner valued features to remain the best solution for both our fans and our partners;

  • Travel is required to build relationships at events and conferences to contribute to the bigger goal: maintaining Partnerships.

About you

  • Exceptional proficiency in Polish (native) and English, both written and verbal. Any additional languages (especially CEE) are a plus;

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in the ticketing or live events industry;

  • You’re an ambitious, energetic and positive person;

  • You’ve got a commercial mindset and take decisions based on data;

  • You're described as a strong communicator and you know how to handle tough situations;

  • You're able to understand the exact needs of a partner and know how to respond;

  • You embrace change and excel in a market that’s continuously evolving.
