Partnerships Manager Nordics
What you can expect from the work
Operating remotely from either Sweden or Denmark, you will:
Build strategic partnerships that put fans first while driving value for our partners.
Focusing on partnership management, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success: ensuring satisfaction, performance, and retention, while spotting opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Work hand-in-hand with the Nordics Business Developer, supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring a seamless handover into long-term account management.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the region.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, aligning TicketSwap’s solutions with their goals and delivering value through operational support and strategic advice.
Be TicketSwap’s eyes and ears on the ground in the Nordics, monitoring trends, gathering insights, and identifying areas for growth or innovation.
Use market intelligence and partner feedback to contribute to continuous improvements across our product and services, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.).
Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Represent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and partner activations to build visibility and strengthen connections.
About you
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Fluent (native level) in Swedish or Danish, with excellent command of English. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
An experienced professional with a HVE or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Partnerships, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in ticketing, live events, or entertainment.
A relationship-first approach with a commercial mindset, able to spot opportunities for growth, build trust, and manage a pipeline of partnership activities.
Proven success in complex stakeholder management, with the ability to understand partner needs and offer impactful, tailored solutions.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience collaborating on marketing or promotional campaigns, contributing to partner success and visibility.
A data-driven results-oriented approach to work.
High levels of autonomy and ownership, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A flexible, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Willingness to travel within the Nordics frequently and internationally each quarter.
