Part-time Customer Support (Polish speaking)
On a daily basis, you'll be helping our fans via chat, email and phone, and you do this with great enthusiasm. In addition, you will be involved in:
Fixing sellers' mistakes and finding ways to avoid this in the future;
Achieving goals regarding customer satisfaction and productivity, in order to contribute to the company wide targets;
Thinking about improving and automating processes within the support department.
Helping people is second nature to you; you are social and you can empathize well with others. You also possess the following qualities and competences:
Exceptional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and verbal. Any additional languages are considered a plus;
You are customer-oriented and have problem-solving skills;
You are stress-resistant and embrace changes;
You like a fast-paced, dynamic working environment;
Customer service experience is a plus;
You are available for at least 24 hours a week and you’re based in or near Amsterdam.
