Office Manager
Our office is your sanctuary! You make sure that we never run out of office supplies & that our office always looks on point - that also means getting your hands dirty on a daily basis by making sure the office is nice and tidy, the kitchen is clean etc.
You are the face of the company, and the first point of contact for all our guests, the management of Rokin 75 and all other external parties (mechanics, cleaning crew, alarm company, electrician, handyman etc).
You work together with the concierge and management of our building to make sure that all of our mail and packages will be delivered to the right colleagues and damages are being repaired.
Lunch is probably the most important part of the day: you make sure everyone can eat on time and you clean up afterwards (we have a caterer so no worries, you don’t have to cook). You also make sure there’s always enough fruit, snacks and soda’s around.
You make sure everyone stays hydrated and that they can always get a caffeine fix when needed. This means that you make sure the coffee machine always runs smoothly, the water machine is on a roll and that the beer tap is ready to bring joy on Fridays.
You make sure that there are always enough desks available for (new) colleagues and you do not hesitate to assemble desks and help colleagues with moving when we have an office shuffle.
You partner up with IT during the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, and make sure that all equipment is ready to use.
Together with your colleagues from the People team you make sure that all life events are celebrated and that gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, and people who say goodbye are not forgotten.
You will lead the 'Culture Club,' where you will collaborate with fellow colleagues to organize events, themed Monthly Meetings, and our famous Christmas party.
We could go on and on, there are so many things to do as Office Manager (office projects, administration and arranging orders etc etc etc).

Research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all the boxes. That’s a shame, as we want to build a diverse and inclusive team. If you know you’ve got what it takes but don’t quite meet every requirement for the role, we still encourage you to apply.
Apply now – we'll take a look and get back to you as soon as possible! 💥
Proactive acquisition from 3rd parties is not appreciated.
