HR Intern
As our HR intern you are a part of our People & Culture team (Head of People, People Lead, People Business Partner, Recruiter, Office Manager and System Administrator) and you’ll get the opportunity to explore all the different fields of HR. You will support the team in various operational HR task & projects, such as:
HR administration: drawing up contracts, on- and offboarding of colleagues, salary pay outs, and point of contact for questions from our colleagues;
Recruitment: assisting with preparing vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating job interviews, employer branding projects;
HR projects: participating in various HR initiatives such as our employee engagement survey and the follow up with initiatives, learning & development and supporting the entire People & Culture team with culture initiatives.
You are currently enrolled in an HR study;
You are available starting September for 32-40 hours a week, for a 5-6 months internship;
You are pro active and excited to learn more about HR;
You are fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus;
You are based in or near Amsterdam.
Depending on your ambition, it can vary from just having hands-on experience and trying out something new, to making the first steps in your future HR career!
This is a paid internship, with remuneration for the role set at 500 EUR per month (based on 40 hours per week). Keep in mind we’re flexible with your schedule and more than happy to collaborate with you when you’re available and not busy with classes, research or writing.
You get to work alongside a lovely group of People & Culture fanatics, you will get the chance to experience HR in the broad sense and get great insight in what it means to start a career in HR.
