Head of People & Culture
As our Head of People & Culture, you’ll report to our COO and work closely with the rest of our leadership team—blending strategic insight with hands-on HR expertise to drive success. You'll design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that boosts business growth and builds a dynamic, and inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.
Support managers and leaders in structuring, growing, developing, and retaining their teams and top talent.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
Ensure that our culture evolves in conjunction with our growth.
Define and set quarterly objectives that drive measurable outcomes for the People & Culture team.
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and payroll. Streamline workflows and optimize HR operations to support rapid growth and business agility.
Manage and mentor a diverse People team: HR business partners, a corporate recruiter, an office manager, and a system administrator.
At least 5 years in a HR leadership role within high-growth organizations.
An expert in balancing the interests of company and employee.
Ability to balance big-picture strategic planning with effective day-to-day HR operations, ensuring both long-term goals and immediate needs are met.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.
Experience in setting clear goals, measuring performance, and implementing process improvements for multiple departments.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing resources for HR initiatives.
Knowledge of labor laws (NL focus), ESOP structures and best HR practices, with a proactive approach to compliance management.
Passion for building a strong company culture and improving employee engagement.
You are based in The Netherlands, are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided.
You’re available for 32-40 hours per week.
