Head of Partnerships
Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ, you will:
Guide and inspire Partnerships and Account Managers to drive partner engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration;
Work closely with internal teams like product, marketing, and platform operations to improve our solutions and increase our value for partners and fans;
Act as the point of escalation for resolving (complex) partner challenges;
Lead contract negotiations with key partners and prospects;
Oversee the partnerships budget for the markets within your portfolio, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI;
Establish KPIs to monitor progress, measure the success and ROI of the partnerships efforts;
Improve existing and implement new processes in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships team;
Report on the performance of partnerships, identify opportunities and adapt strategies when necessary to achieve the company (and team) objectives.
We’re looking for a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you should bring:
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally within the ticketing, event, or technology industry;
3+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide, inspire and manage teams;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful partnerships with measurable results;
Strong understanding of the ticketing and live events landscape, including key players and trends;
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret data to support strategic decisions.
