Chief of Staff
What You’ll Do
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure that strategic priorities are clearly defined, well executed, and aligned across all departments.
You’ll act as a trusted sparring partner and integrator, connecting leadership vision with operational execution. This is not a line management role. Instead, you’ll enable leaders and teams to work more efficiently, reduce friction, and help the organization move faster and smarter.
You’ll play a central role in goal-setting (OKRs), cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project coordination, helping TicketSwap become even more scalable, data-driven, and future-proof.
What You’ll Do
Drive execution of strategic priorities: translate company vision into clear initiatives, ensure alignment, and track progress across teams.
Own the OKR framework: coordinate goal-setting, ensure visibility of progress, and report on results to the CEO and leadership team.
Coordinate and accelerate cross-functional projects: bring the right people together, align timelines, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
Identify and enable process improvements: uncover inefficiencies, propose optimizations, and work with teams to automate or improve workflows.
Prepare concise and compelling slide decks for investor, leadership and company wide meetings, ensuring key insights and progress are clearly communicated.
Conduct analysis and research to support decision-making: whether it’s market insights, competitor reviews, or internal performance tracking.
Foster clarity and alignment: ensure key messages, priorities, and outcomes are well-communicated and understood across the organization.

5+ years of professional experience in a similar role in fast-growing tech or digital scale-ups, or as a strategy consultant supporting high-growth businesses, ideally in operations, strategy, or business management roles.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deliver results without formal authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you use data to drive insights and decisions.
Highly organized and structured, able to bring clarity to complex challenges.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, you can influence without authority and create alignment across stakeholders.
A proactive change agent who thrives on improving how things work.
Comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
Tech-savvy and curious about how automation and digital tools can enhance productivity.
You are based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
