What you can expect from the work
Operating remotely from either Sweden or Denmark, you will:
Build strategic partnerships that put fans first while driving value for our partners.
Co-develop and execute a sales strategy for the Nordics in collaboration with the Region Lead Nordics.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the region.
Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
Build, manage, and grow a strong industry network to maximize long-term impact.
Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities to shape product and service offerings that benefit both fans and partners.
Represent TicketSwap at industry events and conferences to expand our network and reputation.
Be a key driver of revenue growth in one of our highest-potential regions.
About you
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and loves turning conversations into deals. You are:
Fluent (native level) in Swedish or Danish, with excellent command of English. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
An experienced professional with a HVE or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Partnerships, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in ticketing, live events, or entertainment.
Highly commercially driven, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
Data-savvy: you make decisions based on relevant insights.
A confident and persuasive communicator, skilled at managing high-stakes conversations.
Adept at uncovering partner needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
Resilient, energetic, and positive, with a drive to win and grow.
Comfortable navigating change and uncertainty in a dynamic market.
Self-motivated and independent, yet deeply engaged with a fast-moving, remote team environment.
