What you can expect from the work

At TicketSwap, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of outspoken, driven creatives who believe in pushing boundaries and setting new standards. We value teamwork, open collaboration, and constant learning—but we also appreciate those who can take initiative and work independently when needed. Here’s an overview of responsibilities to give you an idea of what to expect:

  • Creating visual concepts for campaigns running across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, out-of-home (OOH), digital advertising and print, in order to strengthen our brand efforts in both the acquisition and retention of users;

  • Support the wider Partnerships (commercial) team with creatives across all B2B activity, including OOH activations for conferences and exhibitions, partner newsletters, digital presentations, offline marketing materials and more;

  • Work with our Partnerships team to acquire content to build a world-class media library (video and images) that can be used to develop creatives for digital/offline advertising campaigns;

  • Create interactive and informative assets to effectively communicate the company’s business proposition both internally and externally;

  • Ensure that all marketing materials used both internally and externally accurately reflect the brand tone of voice & guidelines;

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure their needs are met, as well as defending new concepts or design choices to ensure we always remain open to new creative ideas;

  • Create a design workflow internally, so that everyone is armed with the appropriate assets, and has access to the most up-to-date visuals available.

About you

Are you a visionary designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where bold ideas and creativity take center stage? If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

You’re confident in design discussions, able to articulate your ideas with clarity, and eager to contribute your expertise. At the same time, you’re always open to learning from others, picking up new tricks, and refining your craft. Staying ahead of industry trends excites you, and you have a pulse on groundbreaking creative campaigns from the world’s top brands.

Beyond the office, your love for live events—whether it’s sports, music, theatre, comedy, or festivals—fuels your creativity. You see every experience as an opportunity for inspiration, constantly thinking of new ways to translate those moments into engaging, compelling designs. As well as that, you:

  • Have minimum 3 years work experience developing innovative and creative visuals for channels including but not limited to: video adverts, social media creatives, out-of-home installations, billboard campaigns, print and email;

  • Are highly competent in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, In Design and Premiere Pro;

  • Are organised, can manage your time effectively and you have an obsessive eye for detail;

  • Have a design portfolio of past projects that can be included in your application;

  • Having previous experience of work in either the music, entertainment or technology space is highly desired.
